Real Restoration Group had the privilege of leading the upscale multi-level build-out of Adalina Chicago, an exquisite Italian hospitality destination nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast neighborhood.
Located on the ground floor of No. 9 Walton, a premier JDL Development property at 912 N State Street, this project presented an opportunity to craft an environment that seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern hospitality. The build-out reflects an unwavering dedication to quality and attention to detail that aligns with both the client’s vision and the neighborhood’s refined character.
Our goal extended beyond flawless execution; we sought to honor the essence of Adalina itself. With a deep admiration for the concept, cuisine, and experience, we balanced the designer’s aesthetic ambitions with the owners’ needs while navigating the construction challenges posed by uncertain times during the height of the pandemic. The client envisioned a refined yet engaging space that could enhance the modern Italian menu and foster a memorable atmosphere for every guest, whether for a romantic evening, a business dinner, or a special occasion.
