Our team was thrilled to renovate the Birchwood on Sterling Apartments, a de-conversion project where we were brought on board to fully renovate this 800-unit condo building’s units, redesign amenities, common areas, and the clubhouse to increase the value of the rental units and meet the market demands.
Residents can now reap the full benefits of suburban living and turn these newly-renovated one and two-bedroom rental apartments into their personal sanctuary. Each apartment is adorned with thoughtful finishes and features like expansive windows, wood-style flooring and plush carpeting, a spacious balcony, fully equipped (pass-through) kitchens, and large closets.
There is a community pool with a tiered sundeck, and a beautiful clubhouse with a fireplace as well. Bonus: this is a pet-friendly community with an expansive pet run area for four-legged companions to stretch their paws.
