Real Restoration Group had the opportunity to contribute to the development of Uptown Common, a modern 60-unit micro-studio apartment building located in the vibrant Uptown neighborhood of Chicago.
Each unit boasts an open-concept kitchen and living space, equipped with stainless steel appliances including dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves, alongside hardwood floors, large windows flooding the space with natural light, and convenient in-unit washer/dryers. The design promotes efficient yet comfortable living within a compact footprint, perfectly suited to urban lifestyles.
Beyond the thoughtfully designed micro-studios, Uptown Common offers residents access to a variety of shared amenities that foster a strong sense of community, including a fitness space, wet bar, and versatile community areas for gatherings and events. The project’s design expertly balances efficiency with quality, maximizing the appeal of compact living without sacrificing comfort or style. Real Restoration Group played a key role in delivering this vision, ensuring premium finishes, durable construction, and attention to detail throughout.
