Our team at the Real Restoration Group handled the complete construction of this apartment building starting with design assistance, masonry, roofing, plumbing, windows, sod framing, electrical, HVAC, elevator, painting, finished and rough carpentry, lobby, and the common areas! We truly enjoyed bringing this concept to life for our client.
Originally built in 1923, it is now home to 76 completely renovated studio and one-bedroom apartments. Located in Chicago’s historic Uptown neighborhood, it is the ultimate combination of Chicago’s animated past and vibrant future.
Uptown apartments feature sleek kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, lofty ceilings with oversized windows, in-unit laundry, modern finishes, and a rooftop deck with grills, fire pit, and skyline views.
